AECI Purpose: The Corporation is organized for the purpose of educating and training individuals in emergency radio communications, and to reduce the burden on the government by supporting the public and duly appointed government agencies with emergency communications services during actual emergencies.

Audrain Emergency Communications, Inc. was formed to provide assistance to all Public Service agencies in Audrain County, Missouri.  We provide a critical lifeline to all emergency responders in case of natural or man-made disasters.  AECI is made up of licensed Amateur Radio Operators.  When all else fails… Amateur Radio!
